REQ: GIA F-104G at Nörvenich

On 08.07.2022 I noted a F-104G sitting in front of the GIA school with a JBG/TLG31 badge. This would be either 21+69 or 22+61 according to the latest info I have.

Both look the same, but in addition, the one I noted had a towned down USAF style badge on the port (LH side) intake, as per below.

Neither of the above airframes seem to have had this badge at least prior 2019. I cannot find any more recent photos of them.

Anyone got a clue as to which airframe I noted?
