December 8, 2014 was made the first test flight of MiG - 15UTI , which is home airport in Hradec Králové .

Just curious: why do you think it is stored? Many aircraft have a plaid over the cockpit while in the hangar.

Mostly because it hasn't been seen flying in 2014 as far as I can tell.
Although I realise that the sentence as I wrote it can be read as if the picture tells it is stored. That's not how I meant it.

Indeed, the Polish Mig-15 wasn't all that active in 2014, that's why I asked.
There are rumours of the owning company/association having folded up, but I cannot seem to get this confirmed. I hope these rumours are wrong...
