A much seen visitor at Soesty was the T-39 Sabreliner. Here one in a more colorful scheme, unfortunately in black & white...

F-4E 74-1652#RS at the good old taxiway at SSB in the summer of ´78.. converted to drone and I believe she still flies around.

August 1990 brought a lot of fighters to Soesterberg. Operation desert Shield was about to start. But also preperation for the upcoming WilliamTell were in full swing. Due for the WT 90 the 36 TFW came to Soesterberg together with the 496 TFS from Hahn to practice some dogfights. William Tell was cancellled and the 36 TFW pilots could use the skills live above Baghdad in januari 1991.

Does any of you have a pic of the
F-15D 79-007 CR?
It has flown sometime with the 32nd
but I never seen it!
