When we left Schleswig at around 15.00 hrs, 4 Grippens were visible. 1 in a shelter, 1 to the right of that shelter and 2 close to each other on the left of that shelter.
Were these the 4 that flew?

No, I believe all 4 that flew were put outside their HAS well before 3 PM. 3 singles and 1 dual.

PS I made a mistake earlier: A-10 78-689/MI was 1 of the pair with travel pods that went to the Baltics, it's not FY79..

Apologies.

Hello Ronny,

was 45+16 in the middle?
They were lined up from north to south.

Thank you and regards

The morning wave today went in two batches. In total 8x USAF F-16, incl 2 specials, 4x A-10, 2x Turkish F-16 and 4 Tornado's incl the special tail. And a Bone overhead (only heard), plus the cockpit sector of 45+60 on a truck inside the fence.
And this morning C-130 01798 arrived, wich was the only one we missed at Wunstorf.
Cheers,

What are the best spots for pictures? And are both runways in use or only 05/23?
