Dear Arie, between noon and 2.30 PM the base was quiet. Between 14.40 and 14.50 PM local time the following F-16s took off, in order of appearance (4-ship, followed by a 2-ship), all with AMRAAMs on the wingtips, 1 dummy Sidewinder, an ACMI pod and a HARM targeting pod:

90-818/SP
90-827/SP
91-412/SP
91-340/SP
0418 (number read on the nose as it turned too tight overhead)
96-083/SP

I only was away briefly between 12:05 and 12.20, to the bakery in Binsfeld and to check for any activity on the Galaxy. I left at 3 PM. Like I said, I thought I heard the Hornets taxi after lunch somewhere between 1 and 2 PM but they did not take off while I was there.
