Hi,

Today I visited Ramstein (09.00-16.00). Like I visited Ramstein last week. I was bored stiff. There was nothing to do.
No activity at all on the platform (monuments were: 7 x C-17; 5 x C-5; 1 KC-135). What is the reason? I visit Ramstein regular (each year 2 weeks).

I saw departing C 40 02-0042 + C-130J 08-8601 RS.
C 35 97-00102 was also departing (with another C 35).

N86 (Challanger) was calibrating.

It has given me a great shock

I guess there must be peace in this world then! Haven't you heard......the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are over! But unfortunetaly, no such thing.

This probably has to do with the volcanic ash still plagueing the northern routes. I think that a lot of the USAF traffic is diverted via Moron these days.
