seems that quite a few ANG C-130s will leave around 18:00 for a mission of a few hours. No further details know :(

Peter
Looking at SBS i see the following departed around that time in a North easterly direction:
HKY11 04-3142, HKY12 08-8605, HKY13 07-8609, HKY14 06-8610, HKY15 99-1431(RI ANG)
Guard11 02-1464(CA) Guard12 90-1057(DE) Guard13 84-0206(DE), Guard 14/15 not found,
Guard16 91-1237(KY), Guard17 91-1236(KY).
I suspect also some C17's went on the same mission, at 19.25Z RCH880/629 and 635 are descending in the Vilnius FIR.
At 19.00z some C130,s can be heard on Vilnius control (Guard11,12 and 13) and Guard16 is visible on FR24, so they are on the way home again.
At 19.30Z Vilnius feed on LiveAtc went down ....
