Where was F-35A F-012 pm described as (Sleep) in earlier report please?

'Sleep' is Dutch for 'being towed'. It was towed crossing the arrival end of runway 05 from the southern area of the base to the western area at 14:50h LT. Quite visible, but without noticable sound.
