Hello All,

Expected to arrive for a 2 month stay is NH90 N 102 (second dutch NH90). ETA ????

Latest status: Helo still in Italy, today's flight cancelled. Tomorrow, July 9th new try to come to De Kooy.

The expected Longbow (http://www.sgdk.nl" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) apparently made a precautionary landing near Hoogeveen :wink:

Only 1 lynx flying between 12:00 and 16:00.
That was the 279. The Alouette III never showed up..

Apache landt in weiland
Een Drentse boer moet vreemd opgekeken hebben toen er een apache-helikopter landde in zijn weiland.
Een piloot van de luchtmacht moest een voorzorgslanding maken in een weiland bij Wezuperbrug omdat er een noodlampje ging branden in de cockpit.
Volgens het Dagblad van het Noorden nam de gevechtshelikopter deel aan een oefening aan de rand van het Drents laagvlieggebied. De wentelwiek van de heli is onderzocht door technisch personeel.

Looking at the pics at http://www.rtvdrenthe.nl/nieuws/nieuws- ... wsID=37655 (thanks to Jack at the Gilze forum), it is not a Longbow, but a normal Apache, as it is not carrying a Longbowradar at the top of its rotormast.

Some cabinets ago the Netherlands decided to buy a few of these radars (about 6), but I have never seen any around. Someone here that is aware of the status of this?

Dat kan bijna niet...De NZA is op 11/2/1998 uitgeschreven als N562EH.
