Leek er -volgens scannernet.nl- op dat N-102 rond 12:00Lt vanaf de Kooy zuidwaarts over de kustlijn vloog.

Interesting.. the N-102 was static during the Den Helder Airshow (2017) last week.
The aircraft was schedules to fly during the show however there were some mechanical problems. So now it was presented static at the slopes.

I did spoke to 4 marines who informed me that there was an maintenance flight scheduled for an aircraft. So not sure if it was intended for this serial. Hyeres is also known as (opleidingsvliegveld) training field.
But again, no confirmations... they did tell me that there were some low flying night flights scheduled. That explains why I hear an rotorblade last couple of weeks during the night.

It's not my intention to be rude but I am wondering if you spoke to "marines" (in Dutch Korps Mariniers) or naval personnel (marine personeel).
It's a common mistake, very often made by the Dutch media, so don't be offended.

I was told by a Royal Marines (Korps Mariniers) guy that it was destined to leave for it's retrofit in Italy this week. The stop at Hyeres fits nicely into that, because they have (night)stopped there before on their way to/from Italy. And yes, there were Royal Marines at the static N102 at Heldair, since a few of them are (flight) crewmembers. So most probably not a mistake..

Thanks for the clarification.
