Question about this aircraft at Zwartberg (EBZW)

Hello,

Yesterday I was at Zwartberg (EBZW) and saw this one:

Now my question is: what type of aircraft is this?

As I can't find any info about it at the Scramble PH-database, I've tried also on Google but no results.

You might have tried the offical Dutch register... This results in:
naam houder: A.J.C.M. Tromp
woonplaats: LANAKEN
type luchtvaartuig: Van's RV-9A
serienummer: 91209
== All is well, as long as we keep spinning ==
