After the TLp 2 Belgian F-16's departed: FA-89/FS and FA-67.
Also in the hangar (on the left) was another Spanish Hornet and right next to it Rafale M 20.

greetings, Per

It was a nice day with amazingly nice weather. :D

I noted the one with the black and white tailband, so that must be the 15121.

15121 was standing on the TLP platform and 15127 was on the Belgian F-16 line next to the 2 extra Greek F-16's. There should be 2 Portuguese but only 1 was visible. It had markings on the tail sow it has to be 15127.

Patrick.

Normally tomorrow is a non-flying day. But since they have cancelled 2 missions in the first week, is there any chance that they will fly tomorrow?

I hope someone can answer this as I would like to go tomorrow.

Cheers

Hi,

Nice log, very much a pity for you that they didn't fly. Experienced it myself a lot of times actually.

Did the two extra Phantoms arrive today?

best regards,

flying schedule

Post by E. Schoonderwoerd »

Todays mission cancelled and re-scheduled till tomorrow, is what I read.

Tomorrow was planned as an academic day. Will this influence the flying schedule in the way that thursday will be an academic day? Or did they use this tuesday as an academic day instead?

Needless to say I want to go to Florennes on Thursday and would like to have some verification.

Anyone who can help, with something more than an educated guess?

Thnx.

From the TLP site some good news I think:
Tlp will host a Spotters Day on 20 May 2009. Information will only be distributed on the web site.

On 19 May 2009 a Press day will be organized at TLP. Information only through the PR department of ComOpsAir

Mission wednesday 10 dec cancelled according florennes-as.be.

Weather is not so good, it started with 150 m visibility this morning, at the moment ( 1325UTC ) it still is 4000 m with very low clouds.

In MIL codes, it was RED, now it is YELLOW and it will become AMBER

Still IFR=instrument approaches traffic only as only BLUE or WHITE will give VFR=visual departure and landings.
