According the official EU website the EU summit is on 17 July and 18 July.

Because Saturday is not a full day of meetings and usually some leaders depart before the end of the Summit.
But let's wait and see what happens, you will know before Saturday if any aircraft are left.

The summit is still continuing this Saturday afternoon and could last until Sunday. Time will tell.
