Meetings of the North Atlantic Council (NAC) at the level of Defence Ministers will be held at NATO Headquarters on Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th February 2016.
So I expect an E-4B from the USAF to Brussels on these days.

Daar staat meeting ministers om 16.30 uur, ik zou dus zeggen 10/2 einde ochtend en s'middags tot circa 15.30 uur.

The Saudi are parked in the middle of rwy25r except for the 743. That one is clearly visible at abelag
