Government aircraft always go to EBBR unless EBBR is closed due to weather conditions or a crash.. Or if the Abelag apron is full. But the SVF is always parking at EBMB. So I put all my money on EBBR. If I am not mistaken it happened some years ago. A Brazilian Air Force aircraft flew to EBAW due to a full Abelag apron.
