Polish AF SW-4 Helicopters.

Post by doug2air »

Folks,

This is my first post to a Scramble forum since joining during the summer. I'm based in Scotland however I do get around a bit especially in Europe.

My first question is as follows :

The Polish AF PZL Swidnik SW-4 c/n's in the Scramble Database appear to be a little out of step and I was wondering if any new info is yet to be added.

My reason for asking is that serial 6616 SW-4 appeared at Helitech at Duxford this year and the c/n was read off by more than one person as 660312. Another internet source suggests that c/n 660305 wasn't used for the air force batch at all.

Can anyone shed some light on this....?

All replies most appreciated.

Kind regards,

Doug Tillie.

Hi,

Your observation is correct. There is indeed an error in our database. I just corrected it and it should be on the online database very soon.

Thanks for pointing this out! The most effective way to do this is to reply directly using the feedback form in the database.
