first unmanned QF-16 flight took place last Thursday, Sept. 19th, at Tyndall AFB :

And they use an F-4 as chase plane.

Cooling to max, because of more heat.
You never want a computer to be too hot.
Especially not when that is your only way to control the plane.
And why not, no person aboard.....
