That nose will take a lot of time to "get used to"... :shock: :twisted:

The second AgustaWestland Lynx Wildcat helicopter has completed its maiden flight.

October 15: The second AgustaWestland AW159 Lynx Wildcat multi-role helicopter completed its maiden flight at the company’s Yeovil facility in Somerset yesterday.

Designated TI2 it is the second of three test aircraft that will complete a 600 hour integrated flight test programme -
the third aircraft, TI3, is scheduled to join the flight test programme later this month.

TI2 will undertake the flight testing of the aircraft’s core and mission avionics systems.

The first production aircraft will be delivered at the end of 2011 with the aircraft becoming fully operational with the Army Air Corps in 2014 and the Royal Navy in 2015.

I am pretty sure it will get a "nose job" done by adding sensors like a flir turret and radar warning/jamming devices. You can see the outlines of the panels in the forward section of the nose. For now however i have to agree with you it does'nt look nice this nose.
