Funny thing is that the Waddington airshow preview showed an F-111 image in their PR poster.. ;-) Also coincidence? Love to see a torching Vark again just like at IAT 1993.

In this case you can also add the KiwiAF 757 (... could bring logistics with a stop in Aussieland :wink: )

p.s. The F22 also has been on many show posters and never showed up :twisted:

no i may be wishing but with the pic of the f111 on the airshow web page, does this mean 1 is coming over? as i soar 1 down under a couple of years back and its dump and burn was amazing.
Answer from the organisers:
We have approached the Australian Government and we are waiting for a reply. Be assured that should we get a positive reply this will be announced on the web site.
So Waddington has "only" invited the guys, nothing more.

aviodromefriend: I know, I have followed the discussion also with great interest. We'll see what comes... (which makes it all the more fun *not* knowing what comes than knowing and be disappointed)

It is already confirmed by the riat organisation itself, that the f22 Will come to fairford in july.

Hello everone
I cant wait to see the F-22 this year.I also hope the B1 is coming to fly.It was my first time at RIAT in 2009 and the B1 didnt fly then.And the Vulcan of course.That was beutiful last year.
