was mentioned in January already see here, only new thing though is they are now mentioning up to 11 will be based at Mildenhall

The local spotters at Mildenhall are talking of this being delayed.

The site of their new hangar is still a mound of rubble.

Kadena may end up receiving their Ospreys first.
