First PC-21 for UAE flies
The first Pilatus PC-21 destined for the UAE has flown.

November 23: The first Pilatus PC-21 destined for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Air Force & Air Defence flew for the first time on November 22 from the company’s airfield at Buochs in Switzerland, one year to the day after the contract was signed.
Delivery of the 25 PC-21 aircraft and a training system are scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2011 to the UAE Air Force & Air Defence at Khalifa bin Zayed Air College at Al Ain, complementing the existing PC-7 fleet which has been in service for more than 26 years.
