could be a transport full of of syrian mercenaries / volunteer - combattants, mentioned by Russian sources or... anything else.

The missile attacks on Ukr. airfields Lukzk and Ivano-Fr. earlier this week are mentioned to have come from Tu-95 bombers. (source Ukr.)

US sources claim Russia so far has expended some 800 missles in their Ukraine-campaign.

Jableh Bassel Al-Assad where it took of, looks like (Google maps) an active Russian base. (Su-24, 27, A-50 etc) so could just be normal transport.

This flight had to do with UKR refugees, German gov has offered Moldova support in various ways and that includes the offer to make room for a few thousand refugees that are now in huge numbers in Moldova (=overwhelming numbers, hence locally unsustainable). Unclear to me yet how they will be transported.
