I guess, it is the same paint. One picture was taken when it was getting dark but with sunlight (sunset/sunrise). So the expose might be off due to the bright sky. The other picture looks like the levels were adjusted (made brighter) in Photoshop.

All small details seem to be the same, which is a bit strange if the plane would have a complete new paintjob.
