F-16.net has 1609 as the one that crashed in 2015, which should be an F-16C
(although in my recollection it was a D that crashed)

This time it was directly mentioned that it was a D, flown by a single pilot, confirmed as Captain Noor Falih Hizam Rasn

The crash site photos showed a D model canopy so you are correct. It was D that crashed this week.

I go and take pics at TIA at least once a month and the Ds fly a lot of the times with a single pilot.

I guess I miss spoke What I meant to say was Another Iraqi And a D model

well we all like to get posts from around the world and you mentioning another Iraqi 2 seater I went back to my files of 2015 when I visited Tucson and saw two Iraqi's fly... my comment was not to p*ss you off but together to get the facts out, so please stay with us and keep the information flowing
