Su-35S based in Europe?

Su-35S entered service at 159 IAP, and will be based at the airbase Besovets (Karelia)?
Or is it temporary basing during snap exercises?
We have to wait and see the serials with permanent basing.

Still the Dzemgi and and Uglovaya bases have not the 24 planes toe.

Besovets has several permanent based "new" Su-27SM variants.

We have also seen some temporary basing of Su-35S from Far Eastern Dzemgi and Centralnaya Uglovaya bases during the snap exercises in Europe.

Both Buturlinovka (tandem with Voronezh Baltimor) and Ryazan Dyagilevo bases with temporary basing of different war planes during snap exercises.

I talk about combat aircraft regiments (IAP).

Following 13 Su-35S belongs to training and research units. Some are also preproduction aircraft.

The picture you show is a preproduction example used as training aircraft at Lipetsk.
