Russia has postponed the plans to detach further basing of 12 Su-27 in Byelorussia.
But they have still 4 Su-27P based at Baranovichi.

The reason is that Byelorussia have bought modded 13 MiG-29. They have also SAM missiles from Russia.
In near future they ordered Su-30SM at a low prize.

Byelorussia has ordered 4 Su-30SM to be produced in 2017.

On Akhtubinsk airfield is a large number of weapon storages and poligons for weapons research.

No all MiG-25 are withdrawn.

Russia planned to build new engines, but according my info are they been withdrawn for use.

Algeria is now the last operator of the Mig 25 but already ordered Su-34 to replace them.

Yes, unfortunately, they will be phased soon.
The last Russian ones, Recce and twi-seaters, were phased out 3-4 years ago if I remember well.
Some Libyan group made one airworthy a few month ago, just to crash it ...

Azerbaijan had plans in 2014 to upgrade their Mig 25 fleet but looks like these plans were never materialized.

Kazakhstan, Byelorussia and Armenia are booked for Su-30SM deliveries. Kazakhstan has already get some.

Maybee Azerbaijan are planning?
