Joe Baugher agrees with this, it is the logical order. However other sources of information, including the logging DB I use, state:

Can anyone confirm - i.e. has anyone personally read off - the construction number data for this block of F-16s?

I cannot confirm the FMS details, but the serial to c/n tie-ups in the top (Scramble) list are correct.
I saw 021 flying at Fort Worth in May09. WK-8 and WK-9 were still in the early stages of production at this point.....
