Qantas' first A380 is on its way to Australia and just a few hours from touching down in Sydney.
The plane is due to land around 0900 (AEST) this morning after taking off from the French city of Toulouse late yesterday and a stopover in Singapore on the way.
The airline's already planning to increase its order of the superjumbos, on top of the 20 it already has on order.
The first commercial flight for the A380 is about a month away, with the aircraft to make its debut flight from Melbourne to Los Angeles on October 20.
The first flight out of Sydney will also go to LA on October 24.
