EW-78799 was operating for ALCI (Antarctic Logistics Center International) out of Capetown last winter.
As it is used for scheduled passenger service to Antarctica, I would think it is still the same airframe.
Not many IL-76s are in pax/combi config.

ALCI had a flight scheduled to arrive 5 nov in CPT and departure on 10 nov09.
