Hi,

Five VMA-231 Harriers should be arriving this evening as Mazda 21-25, with KC-10 Gold 71.
They are releasing the VMA-214 ones in Afghanistan, which should be coming home next week.

Indeed, they arrived before their ETD... They are probably going to stay 2 days on the ground, before returning to the final destination

In the early morning, there where already 3 Ospreys on Lajes base! And just an hour ago it landed 3 more. We had 3 MC130P landing here in the afternoon (supporting these guys, I believe), and I'm not sure if it landed another C with these last CV-22 (I'll confirm it tomorrow).

Hi,

Indeed 3 Mc-130s left Mildenhall for Lajes, probably to support the V-22s on their leg accross the ocean. These were RCH1006, 7 and 8. Think(!) the 3 V-22s were RCH1002, 1003 +1 (either 01 or 04).

Apparently there was also an EC-130 flying along with them their first leg(s).

Cheers,
Oscar
