Basel-Mulhouse (LFSB/MLH/BSL) - 2008

Hi,

In the very early morning of the 26th, 0445lt, we past along Basel Airport. From the highway we could see a B727 near the Swiss (??) hangar in the bizjet area. It was not possible to read him. Maybe somebody did.

EDIT: Must be VP-CZY B727 with cn 21595/1406, thanks to Chris from Manchester!

Now that the EURO 2008 is over in Basel, I have the time to post some movements of the interesting days.

6th June, the when the Czech team arrived for their succesful match against unlucky hosts Switzerland. Only one football charter that day:

Plenty of Oranje fans travelling through BSL, as Berne has only a rather short runway and thus is not able to handle Boeings & Airbusses with big pax loads:
