Ka-26 at Székesfehérvár (Hungary)

Post by r.e.hendriks »

Hi all,

During my vacation to Hungary I saw a Ka-26 parked at a restaurant just outside the city of Székesfehérvár.

It has only the letters "PJ" marked on it's side.
Does anyone have more info on this helicopter??

Below a link to a picture I found on airlines.net....just to show you what it looks like.

Best regards, Rob.

If i look at the picture, I see a part of the serial on the tail boom (P.-..N) Looks like a fake one. Did you checked it in the cockpit?

Hi,

Yep, I did see that 'fake' id on the picture.
Unfortunately I didn't had time to check the cockpit as I was on the freeway.

Regards, Rob.

Hi Rob,

Could you describe where this Kamov is please? I am hoping to return to Hungary coming summer, and still need this one. And the city is rather big, so if you have any hints I would be very grateful
Thanks!
