Due to the darkness loads of other aircraft were not readable:
- Several Bizzjet and Bizzprops
- three Cessna singles, one on floats
- CSA A320, 2*SAS MD80, 2* Air Finland B757, FIN B757wl, 2*Tu154, Variaty of TUI and Mytravel a/c.

Seen during arrival ( ph-hza ) and departure ( ph-hzg ) and from the pool/beach. Still plenty of "Russian Beasts" visiting this airport. Only mentioning the "Russian" aircraft and bizzers noted .( and still missed a lot , but you can't have them all ) lots of other airplanes around but mainly the "normal"european stuff....

Good afternoon!

In 2,5 weeks I will travel to Antalya my own for a short holiday, but when I'm in the neighbourhood I can't refuse to check a couple of movements!
Seeing the listst (and especially the last one :lol: ) I can't think that the Turkish government is disabeling spotters to photograph a couple of aircraft.

But still my question remains: how do the Turkish police or government-employees react on camera's and binoculars? Just to be sure :D

By car you can easily drive around the airport and stand near the ( landing) runway for pictures and numbers . The "dolmus" will also get you near the runway. In the morning and evening , approach from seaside . From 11.00 till 19.00 landing from landside. Almost standard procedure during three visits in three years... BUT around the airport there are towers with soldiers so be cautious and careful ...

enjoy the noise of the il86 beast....

Hi, I was also there for a week holyday in Side (colakli) from 12-19 okt.
When I pland a trip to the airport bij rent-a-car i was whaiting fot about a half hour, i saw 6 IL-86 in the arrival to Antalya overhead Side. :evil:

i heard from some other people that i must book... Hotel Nazar Beach?
