Yes Amendola is very possible , if you want to bring a deckchair & park yourself on the fence , then that could be an issue .
TLP Missions are/were 80-90 mins typically over my visits
Local F-35 Missions slightly longer .
Keep a low profile , note the departure times & turn up on the approach , at the times above for the recoveries.
Any photos with no infrastructure in should be ok if you get caught .
Lots of worse places in the world
