Most probably this has to do with the WEF. Austrian air policy mission is called Deadulus.

They were indeed based there for Dädalus. There should have been one helicopter more, but this one was locked in a hangar, on alert. The Kiowa was not based at Dornbirn, but at some army barracks nearby.
