i saw a C-5 around 16:40 over Oosterhout heading to Eindhoven. SBS showed 86-0026. So it could be this one.

Around 11.00 hr a Cougar flew around near Sevenum.

It had a sort of box at the tail (flare dispenser ?) and a special kit around the engines.
