Fantastic shots! Why have we only recently started seeing these kind of photos? Or is it just me who thought you could only take take high landing shots at Cambrai?

I guess it's since the French know the base will be closed and therefore got a bit more relaxed like they were at Reims last year? Just a thought.

Great shots indeed and the fact that the possibilities are improving (so it seems) does make Cambrai a favorite place to go during it's last operational days (at least for me)!

I heard that on friday March, 30 the final ceremony will take place at Cambrai and I heard some rumors on 2 Mirage 2000 's in special markings for the occassion. Does anybody have any kind of information about flying activities during this day or will the ceremony be dominated by a big hangarparty?

Would be much appriciated if anybody could share some light on this, thanks in advance!
