Forum rules
ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Hi Joe, good to see you back online here at Scramble! Love the Harrier shots. Were these taken at Cad West, as they seem to be ?

I was hoping for a late visit to Wales this year, but my buddy Eric may not be able to make time off from work. So much to my regret it may be April 2011 before I come over again. Fortunately I did find some time to do some choppers in operational areas. Did you see them ?

All the best to you and the guys in Wales.

Cheers,
Iwan

Hey Tomba,

I think you mean 2011 ? The WWW 2009 was a great event, but after the disappointment of this year I don't think I will try again. It's a shame it didn't work out, so in 2011 I will probably do the trip with two or three friends. My plan is to do Wales, the Lakes and SPTA all in one week in April or May.

Sorry,
Iwan

Yep, I know..... Maybe I can find an opportunity to go when there is snow on the ground, but chances are slim. Besides Harriers, there is also Reims (Mirage F1) to take care of, as well as Wittmund (F-4F). The hobby is loosing attraction.....

Sad regards,
Iwan
