Hi WW, 500mm for the F-16 and Mir2000N and 800mm for the Mir2000C on a 1.3 crop camera. No cropping.

Hi there,

When using 24 are you able to stand at the fence at the southside of the runway (green zone on the website of tigermeet) making shots on the runway possible or is everyone bound by only landing (air) shots?

If you can take pictures at the fence during line-up (from the southside ) etc. how many mm? (compared with full-frame)

thanks for the info..

PS: a pictures says more than words, so examples are welcome.

It's possible to stand at the southside of the runway, you have to position yourself between the cornfield and the fence, I saw other people standing there today and yesterday. You need just a little more than 400mm to make a full-frame picture..... also possible heatwaves (picture below taken with 340mm)

Nice shots Hans!!

For me today was very disappointing as I was hoping for some good weather in the afternoon.
The afternoon began with some nice sunny spells but during the recovery a huge cloud messed up my nice plans for today.

So here only two shots....

Hope you like them anyway.

Best regards, Rob.
