No, it's not fake.
It looks like the plane is just above some sort of runway,
in fact the runway is in the background and the plane is not as low as it looks.

I Think Sowald thinks the first two pics looks almost too good to be true... I have to admit I thought the first one almost looked like a model, but after a good second look I think it's just great stuff from a great place..

The only thing that's looks so wrong on the second pic is an empty backseat! what a waste!!! :please!:
I have never drunk milk, and I never will . . . .

oooh hahaha...
They have multiple runways and the runway under that F-18 picture is for sure not the runway this F-18 uses.
So i am quit sure this one is for 100% real :-)

I don't think pic #2 is fake, but i do think pic #1 is a bit oversharpened.. But that's a matter of personal taste. ;-) nevertheless great pics of a special place.

My 2cent's;

The 2nd photo is to mutch fullframe and the level points downhill! And that's wy it looks so ... If Giovanni can resize the photo, I'm sure it looks mutch better. I'm sure he wouldn't fool around with his photo's.

Keep upp the good work,

Regards, paul.

Always the complaining about ´oversharpening´, not ´level´, not ´fullframe´... :x :x

Could it be that not everyone has the same idea about how to take a picture.. If everone should make the same images, this forum would be very boring, don´t you think..

I like the pics very much, nice aircrafts on a nice location..

Merry X-mas..

What a discussion...incredible...

I can tell you that all three pictures are original and full frame...the second shot was taken from the tower that is really close to the runway and you can take picture with a 300mm that is perfect for the F-18.

First picture is not a model...it's a real VX-9 Super Hornet...

Regards

Giovanni
