Seems like a fun place to go. But I have to say; most of your pictures are very grainy and I think your crops are way to tight. I do see some very nice angles however, especially on the A-10's.

Groet!

How many mm's did you use? And did you have to crop much?

Great pics,

But just wondering.. why dont i see any gunsmoke, training bombs falling.. etc?.

Never been to cornfield, so i dont know the situation there, but are the only good photo op`s when they pass overhead and such?.

Is it just the fact that you know when to go there or is it always that busy? Because it seems that you always get lots of activity when you are there :P

Nice pictures! and i have the same question as EHAM, so close or did you crop them so tight? I don't like it, but that is my opinion.

To Kiwi those pictures were taken in a time frame of 4 days, so up to you if you call it busy :wink:

Question to Cornfieldjango, all taken from public area's?

Nice shots indeed!

@Thijs

I don't think they were all taken at public areas. In one of his earlier posts in February this year:

Yes, very nice shots indeed, but many are not hat sharp. Excellent attitudes on the A-10's and F-16's.. Lucky to have a dad there.. :D

Groet,
Is it by any means possible to know on what days it can be expected to be very active, or does one just need to be very lucky?

Cornfield pics

Post by Nick1971 »

:shock: holy smoke!!!!! What a great pics!!!! Dont like those too narrow cropped ones as well as the pixels way too visible @ some pics but some are truly awesome!!! Funny to see those pilots looking down, maybe wondering: wtf is that guy doing there with his camera??? Nevertheless..... even the tower is not safe over there as it has been strafed by a German Tornado although that was some time ago if i can remember well. But again: WOWWW!!!!!! Keep posting!!! And let us know when to expect some Polish Vipers :wink:
