Hannover 26-07-2008

Post by EC »

The weather forecast for Hannover was very good for yesterday and indeed we had a day with almost complete blue skies.

Hannover is know for its Russian flights during the summer season. in the late nineties up to 12 Tu154's could be seen on a Saturday.
These numbers have somewhat been reduced recently and the equipment has been replaced by Boeings and Airbuses
with a number of airlines but still Hannover is worth a visit in the summer.

This was seen Saturday the 26th

The afternoon taxiway is very close, an A320 side on just fits a 28mm lens.
To give an idea of the spotting locations in the morning, here is my partner in crime in action:

Very nice, thanks for sharing. Nice to see something different then KLM, from other airports. Seems that Hannover is still a nice field to go.
