Post by r.e.hendriks »

Hi all,

Only a few days after a very nice day at the tigermeet at Landivisiau I visited the Familypark Irrland at Twisteden, Germany.

Here some impressions of the aircraft visible out there.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Just like at Landivisiau...a very nice tiger colorscheme!!

Hi m8,

These are all the aircraft outthere. It really is a nice park for the kids.
You can climb into the Mi-2, An-2 and PZL-101.

By the way, these shots were taken with a small Kodak Digicam.
I only resized them and had to adjust only a little bit. Not bad for a 100 euro camera :D

Call you later...and see you tonight.

Rob.

Hi Rob,

The PZL101A should be ex SP-CET (c/n 96177);
The An-2T should be ex SP-FMP (c/n 1G147-23) = ex Polish AF 4723.

Grz, Stefan J.
Cheers,

Ik was in de veronderstelling dat de An-2 de RA-31516 was met c/n 1G199-25

There are/were two An-2's in the park.
For the benefit of Mr. Kite, there will be a show tonight on trampoline

That's a bit confusing, as the Polish one is now in red colours, while the other one is the Russian one (RA-31516). As far as I know at least...

No, the Russian one has always been there on poles in red colours. btw: the plate stating "31516" can be seen just left of the right stearing
wheal in the picture attached to this thread. The Polish one was acquired a few years ago, and is like the G222 and the G91 in the area
West of the local road splitting the park in two. The PZL101, red An-2 and Mill are in the Eastern part.

Like I say, it is getting confusing ;-)

The latest Google images (1 August 2015, so even after the above picture!) show the opposite of what you are saying now. The one west of the road, the Polish therefore, is red. While the one on poles, at the waterslides, the Russian one, is blue and yellow.

But where it is really getting confusing, is that I found also two pictures on jetphotos of the two. The Polish in red and the Russian in blue/yellow, taken in 2013/2014. But that's before the above picture and they don't exactly look alike. Uhm....

By the way, the C-160 from Baarlo is no also in the park, in the west side.
