Heathrow 27R Lineups

Post by BenLuck »

Hello all,

I spent the evening over Heathrow yesterday catching the departures of 27R, this is one of my favourite spots at Heathrow by far!

Cheers

Really nice photos indeed. I once tried to make photos through the fence but they didn't work out very well. Did you use ladder or just find a good spot?

Many thanks! If a step ladder is used at this spot you will be asked to be move on. I use a small foot stall just big enough to get over the metal sheeting along the perimeter fence. The trick with this spot is practice and to find a decent enough gap in the fence. The majority of these images were taken with a 100-400mm lens so it's possible :)
