Hi,
I also would be interested in seeing your ramps photos, so I can try and tie up what I saw between the trees/bushes & buildings etc.

Might be worth making a new topic for those ramps?

I think that a lot of people, including myself, would benefit from a review of the OKB storage areas based on photo's. Not sure why it should be a separate topic. It is all airshow related. I noted three Tu-160s and a Bear; any identities?

Well there were 3 showdays, hence it might be a good idea to have a seperate topic instead of getting discussion about the storage areas in each of the 3 showday topics.

Anyway as long as the discussion stays in this topic, I recognized this machine by the colours of its tailmarkings. It was parked alongside a pair of Foxbats near the AN-12 with AH-12 on the tail. I did not read the bortnumber of myself. I'll look for further additions during the weekend.

115 blue MiG-27
http://pilot.strizhi.info/2008/03/22/5256

Also ID'ed by paintscheme (I think in the row that held Flanker '801') was Su-35 '709'. (http://crimso.msk.ru/Images6/MM/MM-36/0417-12-1-1.jpg)

By the way, K2G lists 801 as a Su-35UB but be aware there are two 801's in the same camouflage scheme. One is a Su-27UB and one is a Su-35UB. The one I saw in the storage was definetely the Su-27UB and not the Su-35UB but maybe both were there. (Look at the fintips to tell the difference)

We also saw the MiG-23 from nearby. It was still on my "to check" list.... But now I see the pictures, it is 99% sure this plane.
Su-27 801 was read from the public area, and is parked on the Sukhoi OKB line (together with P-42, and some other aircraft). I checked my pictures from MASK 2007, when it was also parked here.
It is indeed the Su-27UB and not the Su-35. Thanks for the interesting information. Delete from my list MiG-29 (917).

Did anyone happen to get the MChS IL-76 that was parked behind Tu-114 RA-77114 (seen from the public area)? Remember looking at it from the public area but the Tu-114 blocked the registration and I forgot to properly ID it later on.

@ K2G: did you take any pics of the storage? (if you'd be willing to share)

On Friday there were two present: RA-76840 and RA-76845. RA-76840 departed around 20.00.
No, I did not take pictures.

No, I did not take pictures.
Ik have a picture taken on sunday which is showing RA-76845 between RA-77114 and bare metal Tu-214R RA-64511. The picture was taken from the far end of the static, somewhere near the IL-76.

Koen, I found a picture taken from another angle showing RA-76845 behind RA-77114. I think it was taken from the hill near the Buran. If you want to see the pictures send me a PM.
