Watching the Luchtmachtdagen at Leeuwarden via de Live stream on internet.

Seen landing Piper Pa32 N164LL....
What is the reason this aircraft can land at the base?

Just a show visitor?

I think this might have been the aircraft used for taking the Apache demoteam groundcrew from Leeuwarden to Sanicole airshow last night

Hello all,

Didn't see this one coming by.

Noticed at the Landmacht stand was RQ-11B Raven Y-289 c/n 10289 from 103 ISTAR.

It was tied up between a stand and a truck.

Does anyone know why the two Volkel F-16s J-511 with 312 spec tail and J-013 were parked at the flightline/short runway?
Later in the afternoon the J-511 was gone, probably towed to the shelter-area?!

Anyone more info?

regards,

Maurits

I've heard they were suppose to fly with the airpower demo due to a shortage of LWD F-16's. But they didn't......

Hi Eddie,

go to the rear of the nato C17 and look in the qra area!
Grt
arnold
First a big thank you for posting this on friday, so I knew were to look for the 2nd Finnish Hornet!
In this QRA-area was besides Turk F-16 89-0022 a 323sqn F-16 that could not be read because the serial was behind a wall. Anyone for it's serial?

And I didn't find the following serial yet: a F-16 was is shelter 522 (somewhere opposite of the FAF Epsilon), I forgot to check that one, anyone?

TIA,
Erik

Most likely the spare F-16 for the Dutch Solo Display: J-872.

Correct, I read this serial (J-872) by balancing on a fence and a neck...

H27 flew on Saturday. Does anyone know what the spare one was? I haven't seen it quoted in any of the logs posted so far. Apologies if it's in there!

Regards

Peter
