Pfff, thanks for mention to that file that came with the e-mail.
It was not a PDF file that was attached in my mail but a sort of HTML file that not automatically opened and I didn’t recognized
But now I’m happy to have the tickets anyway

Same to me, it took me some time AND an email to the Ticketfactory to finally find out, that I received my ticket ALREADY... !

I would say, there is some room for improvement there.
PDF included would be easier, and to more people trustworthy.....
