And now "official":

The first aircraft the Swedish Air Force Historic Flight (SWAFHF) is bringing to Kleine-Brogel is the 1950s Saab J35 Draken,
/
The second aircraft that the SWAFHF will present at Kleine-Brogel is the AJS37 Viggen, a fighter and fighter-bomber with distinctive delta wing and canard,

The Royal Netherlands Air Force Historical Flight is a foundation that calls Gilze-Rijen air force base in Dutch North Brabant home.

The first aircraft they bring to Kleine-Brogel is the North American B-25 Mitchell bomber,

The second aircraft that the KLu Historic Flight will present is also no stranger to Belgium, namely the Supermarine Spitfire.

During the Belgian Air Force Days,
the US Air Force will amaze you with their presentation of the F-35A Lightning II demonstration team.

This magnificent performance will be flown by Major Kristin "Beo" Wolfe
of the 388 Fighter Wing stationed at Hill, Utah.

She is an experienced fighter pilot, first on F-22 and now on F-35,
which is also the most modern fighter in the US Air Force fleet.

Her first European appearance in Belgium in 2022 was an outstanding success
and she will be delighted to once again show the public what the F-35 is capable of,
and inspire young people on the ground to pursue a career in the Air Force.

A330neo Air Belgium

Recently, the Belgian government has also called on Air Belgium several times and chartered this giant to support royal missions. Admire this white giant above Kleine-Brogel and visit the Belgian Air Force Days on 9 & 10 September 2023.

There is a spotters day on the Friday before the airshow.
Now I am familiar with a spotters day at Kleine brogel.
The thing that surprises me is that the spotters day costs almost twice as much as the airshow.
What is added to the spotters day that makes it so expensive?

Is having a ladder needed for the spotters day?
I plan to go, but I was under the impression no ladder was needed

In my opinion, a ladder is not needed, but some people differ with me on that.
