USCG is indeed MIL and the reg implies a VC-143 aka Cl-604 Challenger. It could be a Gulf however then the serial needs to be just 01/02.

The USCG CL604 is also coded 02..but I (well..sbs) picked up G5 02 on 6June as C102 so expect that one to come.
