Does anyone knows more about it?
On FR24 was to see that almost the projected routing as shown above was followed.. Cruising at FL 390 until descend started between Scotland and EHAM above the North Sea.
Flight was lining up for landing on 18R at 05:02 UTC on 21 April 2012

Most probably ETOPS restrictions, Transavia 737s are NON-ETOPS meaning they have to stay within 60 minutes flying time of an airport capable of handing the airplane.

Was net op EHAM, zag alleen PH-OFP op Oost... Zijn er al 'Revised ETAs' voor de JungleJets?
